This course has really changed the way I think about route setting. I learned to look beyond just the movement and grade and think more about aesthetics, visual principles, flow, and the overall experience of the climber. I especially enjoyed learning from experienced route setters and seeing different approaches to setting. I feel much more intentional with my setting now.
